No, because H61 is a 7-series chipset with the LGA1155 socket and is meant for Sandy Bridge/Ivy Bridge CPUs. So if you attempt, in any way, to install the G3258 (which is a LGA1150 CPU), you will end up causing possibly irreparable damage to the socket.
As mentioned, you need to look for a LGA1150 board. Also, if you opt for an H81/B85 board, there is no guarantee that the manufacturer will have implemented the ability to overclock the G3258, as those chipsets are not meant for overclocking and any OC support is third-party.
