This, my friends, is why I didn't do them...you cannot compare to that quality! Thank you Joey thumb.gif

Did you order extensions or full cables from Ensourced? If extensions ... do they do full cables?

They can do either, extension or full cables depending on the PSU you own

I went full cables for my EVGA 1200 P2. As Wiz said they do extensions and also support some of the popular PSU modular brands - Corsair, EVGA, Seasonic thumb.gif

Speaking of this build and the inspiration behind it... which Bond is this styled after?

Some may find this to be sacrilege, but I personally love Daniel Craig... okay, so the 2nd film was meh, but Skyfall, imho, is the best Bond film ever made.

Although this is not directly related to your build, I've always wondered what differentiated PSU cables. If you wanted to change your PSU to something different, could the plugs and connections simply be changed to fit that input or would you have to wire a completely new set with different wires?

I'd say the style isn't specific to a Bond film but more a representation of the idea of James Bond - slick, attractive, unassuming, subtle, functional, flexible. To be honest the Pierce Brosnan Bond was my least favorite and Goldeneye's BMW was very disappointing though thankfully it did include a DB5, one of my favorite cars and one I had an opportunity to be a passenger in a few years ago.

I remember some of the "cable makers" advised that some of the different PSUs have different positions in the connector so one set of cables may not fit if you change to another brand. This may also apply to extensions but I am not sure, Ensourced would be able to confirm for you. I plan to keep this PSU for a while, the Super Flower gear (EVGA OEM) is great and it's comes with a 10 year warranty so it should serve me well smile.gif
Now these cables just need to hurry up, nothing so far today! eh-smiley.gif

Most PSUs use their own style of connectors.
This isnt a perfect answer but similiar to this for PSU connectors for different brands.

A question on custom liquid cooling. I've noticed some people dying their liquids to match their color scheme (thumb.gif) but is it possible to get a liquid that changes color depending on temperature? As the liquid flows around the PC, it will get hot off the CPU / GPU and then cooler when exiting the radiators. I imagine that the impact of a liquid that was a dark red when hot and a soft pink when cool would look pretty impressive.

I know there are paints that change color based on temperature, but I doubt anyone has made a cooling liquid that does the same. I'm not much into liquid cooling, but I think I would've seen it done already if there was such a thing. Closest you can get is led lights that change color based on temperature, but that's about it.

Would be cool though.
