you mean Fitting ATX into X2?

I would say that decision was made to make sure we gave tons of fitment for teh size... once again it really somes down to this is more "monstrously big" just because we wanna give you a huge space to do it how you want it!

344mm is the minimum you would need, with modding, which leaves 18mm at each side (380mm width).
So it should work in teori, but the case design dont allow it (at least thats what the people (Tt staff) over at thermaltake community says.

Feel free to link me to the thread so i can review it, I may have missed that one on our forum.

as for 6x 480.... holy wow.... I love extreme but even im kinda at a loss for that... as I would honestly be stacking two X9's at that point smile.gif

But not big enough, for what I though I could do.

When I saw it, so did it look like it could fit 6 480mm rads in 1 case, as there is 6 points where you could mount 1.
But guess it was not designed that way, as even with 30mm thick rads, so wont it work (as the "Workable dimension" picture shows).

Would thermaltake consider selling a ventilated side door for the other side of the case? or include a second ventilated side door with the case?
I want to be able to have both sides ventilated.
Also could you please provide two of this with the case (for those who want to have dual PSU)?

And my math:
30mm rad + 12mm fan + 130mm wide rad + 130mm wide rad + 30mm rad + 12mm fan = 344mm
The case is 380mm wide, so it should have worked, but guess not.

Might as wel link this again:

Glad to have you here in the forums. I imagine as the designer of a product like this, it has got to be gratifying to see these builds start to come to life. I hope to do it justice and do a fair amount of modding to the thing myself.

But you have no plans of making a Atx cube case around the size of an X2? Name it X5 ? thumb.gif

@Tt-Shannon

Second ventilated side panel we are looking at as an accessory item

Yea thats a bit tight imho, and like I had stated previously thats why we made them stack able so that if you wanna go completely nuts with that many rads you have the option.

We are always looking at more options but we want to make sure we dont make it so tight that its hard to fit properly and tough to work in.

I wish I was the only one but I wont take that kind of credit as we have an awesome engineering team as well smile.gif)

Im just more a driving force behind pushing it further into extreme capabilities!
