I bought some x9 side panels from the TT webstore and the order was shipped pretty quickly. No complaints.

Are you kidding, I think IT Diva's builds use fittings and her builds are the best in the thread
(She is also the thread moderator)
dan
p.s. I used hard tubes and "bends" because I was so broke from this build I could not afford all the fittings

So be the first one to do it . . . . .

Then when you step back and realize that everyone else's with bends, looks cleaner and more smoothly integrated, you can have an epic facepalm moment.

Using only fittings without bends can work where you have tight spaces in smaller, cramped cases, but in the X9, with its large spaces to work in, usually seems to look better with continuous tubing runs that aren't broken up with fittings at every turn or angle.

But of course, YMMV

a Quick Question:

My Case-Labs case (S8S) room inside is starting to become an issue. I wonder if Core X5 would be a good replacement(Since I really don't want to spend another 500 dollars just on a case). Is their enough room to put 25mm fans along with a 60mm thick rad on the top without it hitting a 980 Ti / 1080 Water block? Hows the Build quality on the Core series cases(Only used Corsair & Case-Labs)?

The newer X5 series is the same size as the older X2 model.
Noticed this earlier when I was comparing my X5 to other case models and the X2 is more or less an older version of the same case.

Speaking of such I did a build earler with mine within this thread: http://www.overclock.net/t/1595451/my-new-dd-machine

Mine is doing great - Had to modify my desk a little to make it fit but it's sitting on it just as pretty as you please. biggrin.gif
I can't use it for my setups when benching but it's good for all else.

Not to mention the fewer fittings you have the fewer places you have to worry about leaks.

I used a ton of 90s and didn't not have a single leak biggrin.gif. Click on my "Saturn V" build log. I think I used ~40 angled fittings... i don't recall tbh smile.gif.

Btw, the X9 Snow is on sale $99. Might be something I may get....smile.gif
