It's going to be an X99 build and I'm going for a black and white theme so I'm probably going to be using the MSI x99 krait since that seems like the best option right now although I'm going to be holding off and the hardware until I've got the watercooling done. Going for 2x Nemesis 480 gts xflows in the top and a single Nemesis 480 gts u flow in the bottom. The Gpu loop will have the left top xflow gts and the bottom u flow GTS. The CPU loop will have the right top 480 xflow 480 GTS. I'm going to be using 2x Primochill 240 CTR D5 reservoirs. I'm using the GTS rads so I have a bit more room for my reservoirs as I want these to be the focal point. Going to be using Primochill PETG ( had to import direct from Primochill mad.gif since nobody stocks it in the UK.

Anyway I wondered if anybody would be willing to trade a vented side panel for a windowed one as I want a window in each side since I have no rads or fans in the sides I have no need for the ventilation. That way my reservoirs will be visable from both sides of the case.

I would be willing, but the shipping costs between Canada and UK would mean it's likely better to find someone local to swap with.

Yea a new side panel would probably cost less than the shipping. That's if anyone will even stock them over here.

If you get bored you could make the bottom rad push/pull. Raise the res , maybe hang it off the rails/ under mobo tray .

Also maybe add a flow indicator on the line between gpu and bottom rad - break up that long loop- primochill have these square ones with multiple ports- make that line run horizontal then vertical down to the rad.

and then a temp sensor ... just a few extra touches smile.gifWarning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

I do think about raising the reservoir underneath the mobo, to get it closer to the window (Since now it has to be between the ports on the rad), have to find a way to do it however.
Also I wanted to make push pull on the front radiator, but that is physically impossible on this radiator with the radiators on top unfortunately. I might move the front rad to the bottom tho.

I wondered to have something in between the front radiator and the GPUs, since it looks quite empty there, A temp measure might be cool. Any other suggestions ?

I think a flow meter would be ideal , those square primochills come in various colours . There are other suppliers as well, different shapes. Some can input 'flow' speed to software or controllers etc... Then there's the rigid tube option, which is another skillset and more $$$ and work..fittings are most expensive.. but you can get much cleaner lines IF done properly

Btw guys, to be added to the list, I need to see pics imbeded in your posts please. Links won't cut it unfortunately. I like to link each post to your pics. That way, anyone interested, can see the many updates from various owners without having to wade through a large thread (I'm hoping this thread gets bigger smile.gif). Waiting on the first "Snow ed" case. Though i don't see them for sale in the US...

I finally got my x9 together. I like the case with the rad support but I do kind of miss seeing the whole motherboard.

Later I will have some better shots of inside but my sata cables are too long so it really makes it look like @*%$. I need to get some sort of extension for the pump readout as I have it going to the closest fan header and not the cpu fan header since it wont reach. The blue cable is an eye sore. More work to do!

So, after hours of messing around with the HAF XB and trying to mod it, I've came to the conclusion that I'm just going to use the X9. I love the HAF XB, but for what I want to do, there just isn't enough room to do it. Maybe if I put another on top, maybe. Anyway, from the help of the awesome people here, I know the 1080 Rad will fit. I have a bunch of left over rads too, so I might as well just grab two biggrin.gif. I have everything else that I need for this build; well, 85% of everything. Some bells and whistles, I have everything else though. I've seen some people on here stack them, and it looks very good. I'm thinking that I'm actually going to do it like that, just stack them. Though I've thought about making them one unit; using some weld or epoxy, to make them one solid case. I'm not sure yet. I know I have a 1080, 1x 360, and 2x 240 rads, all of which need to be of use. I could use ether case as a water cooling box, then route to tubing to the items as needed. I'm thinking this is probably what I will do, there will be more then enough room in the case to do this, I think anyway. It will be overkill, but that's fine biggrin.gif. It's better then letting it just sit and getting absolutely no use out of it. Anyway, I'll be a buyer in the next month or two, I'll be buying two of these bad boys! I look forward to it.
