I'm waiting for the spare parts to be available as well, I have sent thermaltake Australia an email and they confirmed they will be stocking them, they just didn't give a time frame of when that will happen.

I'm assuming most of the case, with the exception of the front (which I guess is mostly plastic), is steel.

How heavy a gauge is the steel? Does it rack/bend easily? Is the mesh on the front metal, or just plastic?

Its pretty lightweight stuff, but it is fairly rigid. individual pieces will bend, but the whole package is pretty ridgid. I have moved it around fully loaded (60lbs?) without any of the panels on without any racking

Kewl.

So is the mesh on the front metal over plastic like it is on the Phantek cases?

Been watching Youtube videos and know one discusses the front.

Awesome, that is what it looked like, just wanted to make sure.

I can't wait for this beast to get here.

Now just to figure out what D5 pump block and reservoir I want to put in it and where. Most likely gonna make a mid plate for this thing and mount it above the mid plate ... that should be easier to fill and bleed the loop ... but not sure on that yet.

Mid plate all the way. My next move will be hard line and mid plate.

Yup. I have all the gear and connectors for hard line and will do that and once I put a mid plate in there, it should hide things nicely ... and with the white case and white mid plate, the Aquacomputer RGB LED system I'm gonna put in there, the lighting should make it all "pop" visually.

midplate sounds like a good idea, might try it in aluminum

Ok, one last measurement question ... I promise. biggrin.gif

How much room is there from the mid part of the case, where the motherboard attaches, to the top of the case?

Say if you measure from the level where the bottom of the motherboard is mounted on the standoffs, to say just below the roof where the fans would mount to.

Hopefully there is about 8 inches or so (preferably about 10 inches). That would allow me to mount an EK-XRES 140 D5 reservoir totally above the mid plate.
