It looks like your SSD developed some bad blocks which caused the reserved block count percentage to drop to 97%, from which these programs appear to calculate remaining SSD "health" .
SSD Life isn't interpreting correctly GB read/written in your case, by the way. CrystalDiskInfo is reporting the correct values. You haven't performed an alarming amount of writes.
Bad blocks will remain marked as such forever. Rather than attempting to get rid of them I would watch if they more or less constantly increase over time, which might signal that you have a defective drive.
More than about bad blocks though I would worry more that there have been "uncorrectable errors" (at least according to CrystalDiskInfo which might not be showing SMART parameters definitions correctly). Uncorrectable errors mean that potentially you might have had a data loss somewhere, due to the SSD faulting.
Bad blocks are blocks that have been replaced with spare blocks, whether they had correctable or uncorrectable errors.
Uncorrectable errors are errors from which the SSD hasn't been able to recover from, which means it might have discarded whatever data they have been involved with. This could signify a loss of data.
You can have bad block without uncorrectable errors. This is not necessarily a bad thing: it means that the SSD detected problematic blocks which got replaced before potentially causing a loss of data. Unfortunately it doesn't seem it's been your case.
I don't think they can be fixed with a secure erase command. Even if they could, that would be temporary and only eventually lead to more errors later on.
In your case the manufacturer (Plextor) has set 10% as a lower "health" threshold below which you might be eligible for a replacement within the warranty period. I don't think as of now you can ask them for a replacement. I would still try contacting them, though.
I will keep checking S.M.A.R.T details for any change and see what happends.
