why is your qpi at 7200? try 6400 first.

I have not tried that I guess, lower to 191-192 and with turbo on it should still be 4.0.

My QPI was at 7200, because I never manipulated the multiplier for it left it at auto, went in to drop it some I have two settings 16 or 18, and of course auto but auto was 18. I'll have to take a peek at that guide thank you!
