will fit thicker GPU say 2.5 slots or perhaps even 3 slots if not for IO shield limitation.

and no, you can spread the USB cables apart that you dont have to remove/mod the cables but doing so does stress the cable.

by maximum length i mean the card literally presses against the aluminium front panel(will need some slight force to push the panel so the screws line up) but somewhat still clears the power button and USB cables.

if you really have to use such a long card then so be it but i recommend against it

note that the 670 DCUII has the cooler shroud overhanging the PCB which kinda allows for some compression while the 770DCU's PCB is longer then the cooler.

IMO the case itself is fairly silent to me and top fan is great to have but not entirely necessary. just by having a hole up to made all the difference. my top 140mm fan doesnt need to spin even on a hot summer day to keep the temps comfortable

Okay thanks. I wonder why "Pestilaence" had to mod his front cables to fit his 10.5" reference graphics card if you can simply move the cables to the side to fit a even longer card then 10.5".

even if i did managed to squeeze my 670 DCUII in it i cant say i was happy nor comfortable with it. i only did it to see if i could

Makes sense, are you still running the gtx 670 DCUII in there?

never ran the 670 DCUII in there, i only try fitted it to see if i could fit a 980ti so i completely assembled it but never powered it on

i have always had a 970 DCU mini in it as life is so much easier with it, cables are easier to reach and cable management is so much better and i always wanted a mini card that i can carry forward as eGPU at a later date.

my metis has a modded mobo tray with slots and holes cut for cables

Damn you guys are some serious heavy modder's!
I just bought a used evga gtx 770 sc which is 10.5".
Hopefully it can easily fit without any mods. smile.gif

You guys think I can fit 1 more fan or it'll hit the pump pipes? fan thickness = 25mm. Just imagine 1 fan in front of that fan. Will it fit?
