Actually thankful that there's a more informed opinion here as well. thumb.gif

Even in a very mature field of industrial heat transfer, you'd be amazed to see how much pseudo-science is prevalent and how many snake oil products are being flogged. You either deal with ignorance, or you end up fixing the problems they cause.
