Hi i'm using stock cooler,my Powe Suply is "SuperPower High Performance Gaming Power " 650w,My motherboar is ASUSTek Compure INC, M3A78-VM, MS1C86BX6400618, Rev x.0x
PSU seems like a no brand name (can't find any info on it) so even if it has enough wattage (assuming 650w means 400-500w on the 12v line), it might give out dirty power and make your OCs unstable.
Stock cooler is also not recommended for OCing, and the mobo seems light on OCing potential.
Not trying to discourage you, but you must understand that OCing is a risk even with high-end parts, and damage can be caused if temps/volts are not kept in check and are not supported by the hardware.
If you still want to continue, at your own risk, try the following in Bios:
Multi x11.5
Bus Speed 220MHz
HT Link 1980 MHz
This will give you a speed of 2.53GHz.
Don't know what Vcore to recommend since I don't know what is your stock Vcore under full load.
