I see my CPU running on a Asus x99-a @ 4.7ghz @ 1.25v on my soc i Need 1.28v for the same frequency

On asus board all value was in auto and vcore 1.25.

Just thinking out loud but the sensors on each board could be very different tolerances/quality. Real volts vs sensor volts could be very different depending how good the sensor is.

You may need to adjust vccin that could possibly get you back to 1.25v. what was your vccin set to on the x99a?

There is no offset for vccin(vrin) it should be 1.8v default. You must manually enter number to change value.

VCCIN is CPU input voltage
VCCSA is a offset value, which i think you had mixed up?
