Dell XPS 630i - Gaming Sound Scratches On/Off - How to fix and get Clean Audio?

Hi I have a deadline coming up literally in a couple days. I need to get this problem sorted out.

Basically in-game Crysis 2 or Vanishing Of Ethan Carter among others scratch and crackle horribly loud and the game goes mute, then later it comes back and goes out again same thing all over again...

I just don't know what to do to fix this problem?

I tried latest realtek drivers among the windows default driver and all bitrate/ hz settings ie 16bit 44khz all the way up to 24bit 192khz and nothing works. It seems 16bit 96khz helps like 1% compared to the others. This is insanely annoying. Maybe it's a registry key? I even tried fresh reinstalls of the OS about 10 times now.

I have just the Motherboard from the XPS 630i with a Xeon E5405, 4GB ram, SLI GTX 460's with the latest that it will accept driver wise 344.75. As 347.xx just uninstalls automatically if you shutdown the pc upon loading to the desktop. Only 344.75 and prior work flawlessly on the XPS 630i. This board is one-of-a-kind and has problems and performance levels of a pretty rarity for LGA775 boards. The SLI Scaling performance is very good. I'm sure it's just limited by the E5405 and 4GB ram.

This is a build for sale and to be sold in the coming days. I must fix this issue as soon as humanly possible. I have never seen a problem like this and I have kind-of concluded it's the board. I even added a PCI sound card to try and fix the issue but it was the same.

However listening to music and youtube sound fine and never mess up. It's only games like Crysis 2 with the ultra texture pack and dx11 I run the game at 1080p all ultra on the 460 sli at in the 60s smooth as butter.

I appreciate your help.

Thanks
