i will recommend seasonic psu (mine is 1250w silent, fan is off bellow 20% wattage which is epic quietness and cost me nearly £200 and comes with 5 year warranty so future proof, **** loads of wattage and warranty for future multi gpu set up).
got the nzxt grid+ for digital fan control (im lazy, didnt want to get up to make case fans quiet) its very nice
just get a 295x2 which is all ready water cooled and be happy until next tax return and new tech is out, i say this mainly because im yet to see a game use 8 threads let alone the 16 threads the 5960x has which is by far the most powerful cpu on the market and you all ready got 24gb ram, ive only encountered 1 situation where my ram maxed out and that was in planetary annihilation but i got no virtual memory being the main culprit, (just upgraded my ssd to 256gb to sort that problem out.) so even if you got cash to burn its not gona do much for gaming at the minute.
the rig im aiming for is
5960x
dual 290x 8gbs
32gb ddr4
1tb ssd for games
and Philips BDM4065UC
or something like that to make the move to 4k depending on this years gpu's
my advice is 295x2, nzxt grid+ may be psu and may be pci ssd(they are soo fast)
