did you say mechanical keyboards are expensive? there mostly what i have because people started throwing them out to make room for the newer membrane. so it takes a few adapters to run them on a modern pc, but that wont run you over 10$ at absolute most.

well i know thoes old tiny apple keybords that came with the 2gs are getting up there in price, but thats only becase of age and rareness. your run of the mill IBM or Compaq mecanical keybord you can find in the trash.
