Keep looking. You'll have to keep removing ANY software that monitors/communicates/adjusts the GPU. Even GeForce experience. It's not BIOS or drivers causing the issue it's software.
Sliders maxxed?

can you give me sir step by step on how to flash back to stock bios?

what i did first is reset after burner and uninstalled it with rivatuner and gpu z, and hw info, then oc guru II

after that i flashed the original rom of my gpu with nvflash.exe

after that i restarted and booted to safe mode to use DDU for uninstall nvdia driver, after that booted to windows 10 and install nvidia driver n gpu z,, still at the default settings of ab my core clock is not changing from 1290, before it will boost to 1374 automatically, im just curious why it doesnt work andmore like it should be ehehe

sorry bro for bothering you,.

btw i didnt change anything from after burner after flashing my default bios, coz at default it should boost to 1374 core clock right?

Problem solved: reflashed the bios.

But with the original bios he came do 2000mhz on memory's and not with this one. It's strange. Also he can do more score on heaven with stock oc rom then with this one. He has vrel perfcaps with stock and can boost more? Lol that's weird

Did you delete the MSI AB Folder ..... C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI Afterburner.... after you uninstalled it ?

if not AB maybe using old profiles/settings which aren't deleted with an uninstall ....

i already tried it sir, remove msi after burner, riva tuner, gpu z, hwinfo, reflash to stock bios, and reinstall nvidia drivers using ddu, reinstalled nvidia driver and gpuz but still i cant get my boost clock to 1374 it is stuck at 1290 frown.gif

I was having the same thoughs with my card wich is hot, but after i thinked it tru i realise there is no point returning to stock bios. After all if i want lower temps i just not add so much voltage to it and it works like right! But still i worked on lowering my case and gpu temps so now i hit 73-75 in highest load on witcher 3 blood and wine which is kinda good for +100 Mv

Thanks again. I think I had remade my bios from the unleahed already then... Now I did it again thumb.gif

DD2.zip 136k .zip file

Had a hard battle last night on some drug binge as I corrupted one bios (thanks Gigabyte for the second so it wasn't that much of a hassle) and tried to do a profile.

Have been running 3Dmark, Heaven etc. today and seems this 1557/3650 is my working. With Unleashed BIOS I naturally have 150 power limit and no throttles... And I tweaked the V parameter too, but I don't think it matters at all in GTX 970.
