I just cannot always respond right away but there's many others as knowledgeable or more than I am thankfully
I'm going to wait before I respond I have a feeling someone helped you already and I'd have a late reply again (I read the posts in order lol).

Problem solved: reflashed the bios.
But with the original bios he came do 2000mhz on memory's and not with this one. It's strange. Also he can do more score on heaven with stock oc rom then with this one. He has vrel perfcaps with stock and can boost more? Lol that's weird

I suspect it's just a matter of understanding the differences between the BIOS' and how they are tweaked. Please reference this post I recently typed (just so I don't have to type it again lol). Allowing more power and/or voltage is never going to further restrict
Please have him follow that advice to overclock properly with this BIOS, let me know.

After all if i want lower temps i just not add so much voltage to it and it works like right! But still i worked on lowering my case and gpu temps so now i hit 73-75 in highest load on witcher 3 blood and wine which is kinda good for +100 Mv
I would like to put it this way... This isn't "Push button overclocking
"... It's also NOT extreme overclocking
... There's a bit of "do it yourself" here for sure. You need to learn your GPU and how to flash the modified BIOS. Once that's done, the work has only just STARTED!
You've got to tie up wires, blow out dust, replace clogged filters, upgrade fans, upgrade airflow (sometimes the case needs to stay open like I do) and of course implement Ghetto cool tech™
gtg wil reply more later
