New Artisan Pad - Hayate Otsu - Page 20

I have some quotes of multiple bases, and surfaces. It's good to have the feedback, and I will use this accordingly! I could essentially do any base, along with any surface. I am trying to find the 'best' option that pleases the greatest number of people. So far that seems to be the Hayate Otsu with a Mid base. Personally, I've enjoyed using mid & soft; xsoft is just a tad too squishy. Of course, I do not want to base this solely on my personal opinion.

Hayate otsu mid was what I was going to buy, so...I'm gonna agree with this. tongue.gif

yep, hayate otsu mid - also, the bigger the better. if not too much more, 50cm x 50cm would be great, but QCK+ size is fine as well.

so mid over soft guys?
Soft tends to alter cpi without feet around sensor. Mid is the most reliable choice imo.

Mid is the best for sure, I own Soft and XSOFT and while they are all great Mid have the most consistent glide.

Xsoft is a heaven for your wrist though. I loved my zero for this.

Yeah, it would be nice if the Mid pads didn't have such sharp edges :/
