ITX build for under 350€ with 4k support?

Hey, can anyone give me suggestion for AMD ITX build under 350€ with 4K support? I have seen some CPUs support 4K resolution by its integrated graphics and I'd mainly use this only for movies and some desktop stuff so it would be also nice if the case is smallest possible yet nothing can overheat , as I would probably run it daily. Any ideas?

First thing you need to keep in mind, is that none of the APU/Integrated Graphics solutions will do 4K/60 Hz over HDMI. You need a DisplayPort 1.2 compatible 4K monitor if you want 60 Hz, or resort to some 4/2/2 color space hacks (which reduces color quality) to get it.

If you're thinking of using a 4K TV with 60 Hz HDMI 2.0 input, you'll need a dedicated GPU with HDMI 2.0 output. That's going to be something like a GTX 960/970, as I don't think even the AMD 280/290 has HDMI 2.0. I might be wrong though, I'm sure somebody else will chime in on that. IF that's the case, it's going to blow your 350 Euro budget.

4K isn't for the light wallet shopper, at least not quite yet. In the next year you'll see cheaper GPU alternatives with HDMI 2.0 as standard.

Man, you're gold! Thanks for reply so informative!!! any idea how much aprox i'd to need to have if I decide to go for it anyways but obv. with 60hz refresh rate (so need the GPU aswell).

Since you're just watching movies and desktop stuff, you don't need a real power-house 3D GPU, just something with native HDMI 2.0 ports, OR make sure you get a 4K display that has DisplayPort 1.2 on it. DO you have your display yet?
