Since 28nm is so mature it seems like they were able to get great yields on their 200 line. If we do see a 210 it will likely be a die shrink, whenever that is available.

Just think... if GK100 didn't have yield issues, the GTX680 would have possibly been based on it and the Titan brand may have never see the light of day. Lucky for Nvidia that little GK104 competed so well with the 7970. wink.gif

Officially $999. It was "reannouced" at the GTC keynote I attended.

GTX 980/970>GM204

That Graph just looks way off to me.

Single 980 at 55 fps, and SLI 980 at 120 fps rolleyes.gif

It was fixed.
I'm subsribed to HardwareCanucks on Youtbe anyway...

I think people just like to complain. Before when AMD had smaller chip dies and lower power consumption, people wanted them to go bigger and use more power. However, now that they have done that, people want a smaller power envelope yet again.

I'm pretty sure the GPU render crowd in Hollywood that only wants Cuda Cores and Memory for Scenes will buy loads of these. Can't wait to see what Octane Render does with this when the right driver arrives.

[edit] Lost my mind and bought (2) Yes I'm a hypocrite lol. I *****ed and moaned then said screw it. One was not appealing but 2 is future proofing. And I paid off my Acura NSX so had the green sitting here...
