I'm not getting into another pricing debate, as Titans will cost what they will cost, but if they really end up being 25-30% faster than 780 Ti, that is weak. This is the best that Maxwell has to offer. I was expecting at least 50% improvement over 780 Ti.

I'm showing a 50% increase in *some* titles (see above).

Murlocke are you on an aftermarket bios or stock? Also in the future the Titan X will improve with driver maturity like the 900 series has over the months.

Stock. Probably won't mess with BIOS on a $1K card.

I do agree, drivers are very immature right now. I'd expect another 5% at least out of this card in the next few months. When the 980 released, it traded blows with the 780Ti, and now it's not even really close.

This is such a tired argument. All cards OC. Comparing stock 780 Ti to OC Titan X means nothing.

Same as above. Let's make apples to apples comparisons. Comparing one card stock to one card OC with unlocked bios is meaningless. The 780 Ti can have it's bios unlocked also.

AMD fanboys are the best at ignoring stuff. One of my good friends is one of them and he ignores the facts quite often.

Remember this is the FIRST DRIVER for the Titan X 1 month down the road they always come out with better drivers that they say increase frames as much as 15% or more so 30% now 15% more in future = 45% I'll take it..

Now for all the AMD guys that keep throwing out the 390X card. I really want that card to stomp on the Titan X because when it does Nvidia will stop this 10% improvement per cards BS that they are doing. But hey if there is no one else to compete with why not make money.

I think if AMD does well with the 390X and makes a bunch of FREE SYNC monitors with IPS 1080P/1440P/4K they will make Nvidia put something really big to counter..

I'm pretty sure we won't. Maxwell is treated as a whole. So if they got %15 more performance, chances are all the Maxell cards will get it. The only difference is scaling, the cards all use the same tech.

To be fair, I was mistaken earlier. I have the Superclocked version of the 780Ti so I was comparing overclocked 780Ti to stock Titan X. I have overclocked my Titan now and I show a 50% improvement in some titles. Probably would be close to 60%, if not more, if my 780Ti was actually stock.

780Ti Stock:
Base Clock: 876MHz
Boost Clock: 928MHz

780Ti Superclocked:
Base Clock: 1006 MHz
Boost Clock: 1072 MHz
