Hmm, sorry, I thought they had 4-way but it looks like there's only 3-way.

I think once GTA V and The Witcher 3 come out, those people saying that 12GB of VRAM is excessive will find their foot in their mouth.

Can't wait for my 2 Titan X's to come in.

I doubt it. These games have pretty modest requirements. Witcher won't even have adjuatable draw distance.

Do you remember when GTA 4 came out... I didn't even know cards could have that much VRAM that it could use.

Everything about the 390X in every post is, "I guess," or "I think" or "it should." There aren't any concrete facts about the card, period, regardless of how close or far away the release is. Those of us who don't want to wait for that actively chose to spend the money on something we feel is a worthwhile investment, and that's all there is to it. That you don't believe it to be is your opinion and you're very well entitled to it.

I can even make the argument that even though the 970 and 980 dropped not too long ago, they may as well have dropped in 2013, considering how well/on par the R9s keep up with them. The Titan X isn't as big of a bomb shell as the OG Titan may have been, but when the competition's dragging their feet...it doesn't have to be. So you go on and justify to yourself as much as you can that the Titan X isn't worth its cost to you, and that's fine. I'll continue to sit back and buy the cards that I know i'll enjoy, because I understand the investment i'm making based on my personal wants and needs. There are no justifications needed beyond that.

Not sure why you are so hostile, I have no problem with you buying Titan X's. I'm just explaining that not as many people will be going crazy over this card as were over the original Titan for the reasons I detailed above. Just as you have the right to buy whatever you want, so do people have the right to hang back and wait for a direct competitor to release their product in just a couple months and see which card will be best suited to their needs. That is what makes this Titan less compelling than the original...

I wasn't trying to be hostile - I was responding in the same "tone" as your previous post. But we can move on, i think we know where we're both coming from at this point, nbd.
