Guys how do you increase voltage on HBM? Already got core to 1150 @78mV w +50 power limit + custom fan curve

You have to do it with a custom bios. If you check out the Fury Bios editing thread you will find ROMs with the offsets you need to adjust to increase HBM voltage.

Weird thing about memory OC with my fury nitro: at any clocks from 401 to 500mhz brandwidth is the same: tested in oclmembench, aida64 gpu bench, even downloaded damn ethereum miner - no difference. If I OC mem to 501+(max I've tried was 610MHz) - results were the same for any frequency in between that clocks and they were lower. E.g. OlcMembech@400Mhz - 350Gb\s, @401-500Mhz - 386Gb/s, 501-610Mhz - 378Gb\s. Results in 3dmark confirm perfomance drop as well.

It is because HBM clocks in steps of 500, 545, 600, and 666. If you use the GPBench in AIda64 you will notice performance increases at every step. In previous testing HBM will clock to what ever step you set the clocks closest to. For example, setting clocks to 525, HBM would actually be running at 500, clock at 570 and you would be running at 545.

HBM gains are marginal at best with gaming benchmarks, most of which I just credit to margin of error. Maybe 40 or 50 point increase in TimeSpy at 600Mhz.

There is speculation that Fuji is latency limited and bumping up the clock of the HBM doesn't help, decreasing CL does.

Hey AMD Radeon Fury / NANO / X / Pro Duo FIJI owners,

We are having our monthly Foldathon from Monday 17th - Wednesday 19th - 12 noon EST.
Would you consider putting all that power to a good cause for those 2 days? If so, come sign up and fold with us - see attached link.

April 2017 Foldathon

BTW - make sure you sign up :thumb:

To get started:

1.Get a passkey (allows for speed bonus) - need a valid email address
http://fah-web.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/getpasskey.py

2.Download the folding program:
http://folding.stanford.edu/

Enter your folding name (mine is the same as my OCN name)
Enter your passkey
Enter Team OCN number - 37726

I tried clocks like 525, 545, 575, 600, 610, 625, even 650 - same result for them

Theese are aida64 results for 401, 500 and 600 respectively

though I have to say mem read\write may vary from 5700-6000 anyway, but you can notice that there is no improvement anyway

Is there a way to change timings strap? I did so with my rx470 using polaris bios edior, but don't know of any soft for fury(

ps sorry for double-posting, thought they would auto-stack....
