Gtx 980 has been $500-550 for a while now, and 390x still fetches $430, and while the 390 is a superb value in 1080p, this fury is unbelievable at 4k!
This is my first over-$400 GPU purchase since 2005! Fury don't fail me now! lol
A year from now the Arctic Island GPUs will have been released, unfortunately.
I personally just hope that the first games that were actually developed with DirectX 12 or Vulcan in mind that are released prior to Artic Islands GPUs will run best on Fiji GPUs, because then they can show their actual strength over the Nvidia GPUs.
