I guess I have never returned anything to NewEgg, but this Premiere membership seems like bit of scam… lol I tried to return my Fury, as I wanted to get two Nanos just for giggles , but even with Premiere you can’t return, you can only replace. Now, I did not tell them that I wanted to buy two more cards from them, so not sure if that would have made any difference.

But, I did want to see whether this Premiere thing was real, or just fluff, before I making any bigger purchases in the future….lol I guess, I am too spoiled by Amazon Prime. I asked the rep what was the point of the Premiere 30 day return, and then asked him to find any items that would qualify for the 30 day return “privilege”…the rep tried but could not find any… LMAO
Anyway, still loving my Fury thumb.gif, but two Nanos would have fit the build that I am thinking of a bit better… oh well, one less impulse buy… onto to Polaris then… smile.gif

Hey guys, I was doing some testing and there is some weird stuff is happening with my cards. I will attach a scrrencap of my Afterburner metrics during GTA V gameplay. Everything seems all over the place. I was used to the Titans just sticking to their max boost speeds and that's it. How do I get the most out of these Furies and get them to stick "stable" ?

I assume power limit is set to +50%? If not that's the first thing you should do.

Are you running 1080p or some other res?

It almost looks like vsync is on. So the clocks are just adjusting to stay at 60fps?

Running at 5760x1080. Everything in AB untouched except a fan curve. It's weird, when I disable Vsync, the fps shoot up to like 75-90, but when I enable Vsync it struggles to maintain 60. But with Vsync off, the gameplay is all stuttery and teary.

hmm, i was having a similar issue with my fury x. i have been using clockblocker to mitigate that problem and it has been working fine since.

edit: well i guess its not similar lol. really not sure now. redface.gif

Still, might be a good idea to try. See about using clockblocker, see what happens.

Edit: And set power limit to +50% for sure. This will just let the card use whatever power it needs. Won't hurt anything.

Question: If I set the frame target control to 60 in Radeon settings, does this remove the need for vsync?

EDIT: Nope, still stuttery and the cards are downclocking all the time.
