Anyhow:-

a) I've no idea how much run to run variance there is on this bench as I don't have Win 10.
b) seems ozyo scaled well with 1200MHz, 3 way result compare. I would think the GS score are not effected by CPU as all have CPU which would not be bottlenecking card.
c) even though HBM clock for tests in compares differ you're all at 545MHz, see this post (I was a skeptic about the clock steps but no longer).
d) I've noted from say comparing 4 differing Hawaii cards I've owned, even when all clocked the same, some may bench slightly better than another. It could well be regarded as run to run variance, but I have noted others think this who have had more than 1 card to compare with. Even though had 7 Fiji cards I've been too preoccupied with other things to correlate data to see same occurrence, but would not be surprised if same occurs.
e) perhaps negative scaling "thing"? when viewing your result vs ozyo?

For example take this result compare, your 4.8% GPU increase over mine results in 0.1-1.5% gain in GT1/GT2/Combined FPS. The -30mV does not mean I was reducing it from stock VID but from an increased VID over stock in ROM (see below).

For example 1145 is on the cusp of negative scaling for my current card, so ROM has DPM 7 1145@1.268V, then I reduce to ~1.238V, 3 loop compare, best of each compared, worst out of each compared.

So IMO negative performance scaling with voltage increase is 0.5% to 1.0% in this OC profile compare, this effect increases if your OC is higher/where a member is experiencing this "phenomenon".
i have fury x but Cannon19932006 fury non x

Radeon Pro Duo and HW-E 5960X

3DMark Score: 9699
Graphics Score: 9637
CPU Score: 10 067

http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/13298316

I'm happy and suprised with the scores, looks like the Pro Duo will be a good card for the coming years.

i noticed your score is invalid like mine, we have very similar hardware. Can you tell me if your able to get a valid run without time measure error?

Hey guys.... For those of you considering on buying a Fury X, OCUK sells it for 396£, NEW! thumb.gif
That's a nobrainer to me...

https://www.overclockers.co.uk/gigabyte-radeon-fury-x-4096mb-hbm-pci-express-graphics-card-ax-r9-fury-x-4gbd5-3dh-gx-168-gi.html

Hey @gupsterg, still tuning bioses ? biggrin.gif
Out of curiosity, how far can a Fury X go with modded bios, @reasonable temps40-50C load, on average? 1200MHz ?

If its useful for anyone, Der8auer just released a modded bios for RX480:
http://overclocking.guide/download/amd-radeon-rx-480-unlocked-air-bios/
Package includes stock BIOS, unlocked BIOS and ATIFlash:
TDP up to 225 W (+50 %)
Voltage unlocked to 1.40 Volt
Run the approperiate .bat file as administrator to flash your card.

They were £350 ish a few days back on ebuyer wink.gif , £300 at Amazon warehouse deals a few months back as well wink.gif .

Yep, still on the bios mod "train" wink.gif .

Getting 1200MHz isn't the issue as such (depending on card), it's the blinking negative performance scaling as voltage increase is applied sadsmiley.gif. Tried a lot of things via ROM to combat it, but unsuccessful sadsmiley.gif, behind the scenes pestering "you know who" with data/tests as well wink.gif .

Again temps even on stock TIM/pads/AIO on Fury X not an issue IMO. Even Tri-X cooler can easily maintain <55C, GPU VRM cooler than Fury X AIO, as on that coolant from GPU flows to copper pipe in contact with VRM, where as Tri-X independent plate for VRM from GPU.

Even when we had the few days of high ambient temps in the UK (you gotta luv the weather here rolleyes.gif) cooling not an issue IMO. Without fan at 100% I can cruise along at ~50C under load way quieter fan than the aftermarket air cooler Hawaii's I had.

TBH if I had a custom loop already in rig I'd consider WC'ing Fury/X, but if not (as in my case) I don't see the point.

Anyone getting a pulsing load when the Fury X is under load? I think that might be driver related...anyone else?
