Personally I ordered Sapphire Fury Nitro from caseking.de for €360 including shipping to Poland, standard price is €349. In Polish currency I paid 1580 ZL. No 480 or 1060 can touch this price/performance ratio, especially if we consider getting ones with similar quality cooler and build qualtiy level to Sapphire Fury Nitro, so the top ones only.

Accoring to TechPowerUp, Fury is 23% more powerful than RX 480 (in 1440p)

One downside is that they are going to ship this card to me on 29 July, so quite a bit of waiting (but still less than waiting for 480 custom cards reviews and reasonable availability), and it has 4 GB memory, but realistically it is enough, I can barely mention few games that ate more than 4 gigs of VRAM. And those which had was either poorly optimized so still no playable anyway or had some Hyper textures than consumed 2 times more VRAM than lower tier setting and gave no real picture quality improvement.

And meanwhile Polish retailer claims that Fury is on sale for 2600 ZL... While you can get one for 1550 from Germany or UK biggrin.gif

Not really if the Fury Nitro ROMs have been done the same way as Fury Tri-X STD/OC wink.gif .

Attach dumps of your ROMs.

Now you see in the Fury Tri-X STD/OC increased PL ROMs this is what they did:-

i) PowerLimit, IMO TDP / MPDL should be equal when raised, this is what we saw in Hawaii OC edition factory ROMs plus you can think if MPDL is raised TDP should be equal.

ii) The GPU throttle temp remains the same between ROMs but cooling profile has been modified. So the "increased PL" ROM actually aims to keep GPU at 80C with "fuzzly logic" fan control (there are min/max PWM values as well) where as stock PL ROM 75C, so technically the stock PL ROM is better for OC'ing on a temperature aspect.

More information in Fiji bios mod OP/thread smile.gif .

Hey if you don't mind i was hoping i could ask you to run a test in timespy. If your up to it, can you run timespy custom and only change 2 settings? Run your fury CF @ stock in custom run with "borderless window" enabled and turn off CPU test. Then compare your graphics scores with your run you just posted. I am curious what your difference will be in graphics tests if any at all. thumb.gif

I think this is only available for purchased version:

when you open 3dmark select "more tests" then up top in timespy box click on the box of timespy. Then you should see details and custom run tab. Click custom tab there should be the options.

Here is a video I just took at PDXLAN 28 today of my new build with the Primochill Wetbench. It has the Pro Duo with EK Waterblock and Backplate.

Stock setting temps are at 34/38c on the Pro Duo when gaming.

Just going to stick to 1 for now for this machine. I built this for VR.

Going Quad Vega as soon as they drop though....
