I've been running my 8120 on asrock 970extreme4 at 4.1ghz for over 3 yrs now and has not run any issues so far......if you have a microcenter near you OP you can get 8320e for 99bucks.. I'm planning on getting a sidegrade to a 8370e for 119. for now.
