I never get hyped or excited for a game, and therefore won't be disappointed. I do the same with movies. Works out pretty well thumb.gif

I don't think anyone is saying that they wished Rockstar had released an unfinished game. What people are mad about is twofold: First, the official release date has slipped multiple times which is of course going to irritate people who were looking forward to those release dates with the expectation that the game would be released as promised. Second, people feel like Rockstar could've gotten a FINISHED game onto PC a lot sooner had they focused on it rather than spending all their time on the console versions and giving the shaft to PC gamers yet again.

All that said, I am still looking forward to getting this game on PC,,,

Those screen shots look stunning IMO. I hope this is well optimized and relatively problem free at launch. I also hope I don't need more than a GTX 970 to get good results too redface.gif

I agree with the first one, promises are promises.

Regarding on the PCvsConsole issue, we all share the same entertainment w/c is gaming, and don't understand such quarrel. Which is taken differently by the die hard PC fans, thinking that they were set aside by R*, I prefer PC, but that feud is pointless.

Its obvious that the first, second, and third priority was to get everything nailed down on the console versions. PC was like, number 85 on Rockstar's priority list it seems. Then again, I guess we are lucky to be getting a PC version at all, even if GTA VI is going to be released by the time we get it...

Already own it on PS4, I'm going to wait till it's on sale. I also want to know what DX11 alternatives it'll be given, Mantle or DX12.

Well you nailed it.

Of course R* knew that most people who will buy the PC version has already got it in consoles, after all they're running a business and needs more cash to develop more huge titles.

I'm not sure I fully understand what you mean. I don't get too excited or hyped for something, so that most times it exceeds the bar I have set in my mind. I handle disappointment just fine, but don't want to bring it about unnecessarily. Either way, I think my heart can handle the disappointment of a bad game rolleyes.gif
