CM Nepton 280l is what I have, and it keeps my 5960X sub 70c with 40c ambient.
NZXT Kraken x61 is a very nice AIO, and has RGB lighting.

If you get a Nepton, don't use the fans that come with it. They are LOUD. Swapping those stupid things out for Noctua redux 1500s got me down from ~40dB to ~20dB.

The Neptune he mentioned has an aluminum rad: http://www.frostytech.com/articleview.cfm?articleID=2752

So does the NZXT: http://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/6803/nzxt-kraken-x61-280mm-aio-cpu-cooler-review/index.html

There aren't many AIOs that have copper rads.

If you want a good watercooling system, go custom.
If you want good cooling that's easy to set up, air is where it's at.
If you want "watercooling", but don't have the time/money for custom, save up and make time, AIOs are not really all that good of an option.

On the subject of reliability, don't expect an AIO to last any longer than the warranty period. Most, if not all, AIOs use cheap, low end components to cut costs, but this means that they don't last very long.
Not being able to replace the fluid is a bad thing in the long run too, crap floating in a loop will kill the pump and clog the block.

But if you're really after an AIO, I stand by my first post.
Unless you find a good expandable one.

Bought NH-D15 and returned it because it doesn't fit with my motherboard.
Custom is planned for the future till then i need to cool my CPU somehow.
Can you rank AIOs in terms of reliability?

Look on Noctuas website, they check compatibility with their coolers and practically every motherboard.

All AIOs ~3 years.

But you got as far as buying it first? That's a bad way to do things.
