Is my psu dying or do i have another problem? Random freeze - Event viewer: Kernel-Power

So it's been a month ago this started happening. I don't know where the problem seems to come from

I even formatted my pc about 3 weeks ago because i thought this may be a virus or whatever. The problem persisted.

Here is what happens, RANDOMLY. The computer just freezes, everything seems to be still running. All lights are on on my keyboard and my pc themselves and even my fans seem to be running.

For instance, yesterday i was playing wolfenstein: the new order for a good few couples of hours without any problems. No crash, no computer freezing, nothing.

Today i played some wolfenstein and then i decided to take a break and was surfing on chrome. I was just surfing the web. Then while moving my mouse i noticed it's lagging like crazy, really sluggish movement. Only for 2 seconds and all of a sudden my computer freezes. Both screens switched on displaying what i was viewing last.

All i'm able to do at this point is click the restart button. It's random, it has happened to me while gaming it has happened to me while watching a twitch stream.

Any indication as to what this problem could be? Sometimes days could pass without my computer freezing.

Here is what event viewer shows me in this order usually

event id 6008: The previous system shutdown at 2:21:29 PM on ‎3/‎28/‎2015 was unexpected.

event id 41: The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.4

event id 3: Session "Microsoft Security Client OOBE" stopped due to the following error: 0xC000000D

event id 1101: Log Name: Security
Source: Microsoft-Windows-Eventlog
Date: 3/28/2015 2:23:09 PM

which psu would recommend in a price range of 60~70 euros that would go well with my system from this list here? http://www.e-tec.at/frame1/liste.php?shopart=&wg=NEZ&wobinich=PC-Komponenten+%3E+Netzteile+%3E+Netzteile&qs=s95e2609ec900370e47df93ebf97d1a2e&qw=w75fe89cca662483d4d4afeb4c2ae7907&ql=le7375d52cac21ec464e66f8ec8b6129f

just tick @ "Preise" 42-83 and it should list all cpus in that price range.
