He lied about the reopening and I still have $183.28 of Bitspower fittings and D5 pump mod of which has been in the "preparing for shipment" state since Febuary 14th. I ordered on Febuary 12th. I'm a full time student and don't have time for this! If nothing is done by Spring Break, I will be getting my money back one way or another.

I hope you contacted your bank / card company / paypal already. If you wait for too long, they're not going to help you. I placed my FCPU order on Feb 7th, less than 2 weeks after I called the CC company and only got a temporary credit in the past days. They then leave Mark 60 days to claim the money, and then if he doesn't answer the cc company, I'll get my money back for good.

If you're expecting them to be up and running at full force again in only a couple of weeks after such a huge impact then you're delusional. The owner has his issues that he needs to work out, it's not going to happen quickly. Then start hiring new employees as all the others are gone. I don't doubt that FrozenCPU will re-open, the owner obviously loves what he does seeing as he stuck out more than 10 years of it so far. He is bi-polar and he is a drug user, and he'll get over this like he has before. Nothing was lost to the consumers but a bit of time, anyone who hasn't recieved orders can easily get their money back.

Might as well dispute it already and quit worrying about it. Go with another retailer until stuff starts moving again.

Who said anything about running at full force. I just don't think its too hard to get a few employees and only focus on the orders that are currently on hold. I've even heard of people trying to get a job at FrozenCPU but can't get a hold of Mark Friga. He did say he would re-open in the next 30 days and when that came around he said that frozencpu would reopen this week. That obviously didn't happen. If he was serious about re-opening, he would show some sign of his presence at FrozenCPU.

I understand the situation but I'm just saying that I don't have time to deal with it right now.
