Which adapter ?

Hi.

Adapter for my monitor died and I need to buy a new one. I found one on the internet close(shop) to me but I'm not sure if it will work.
so here is my old adapter

and the link to the new one click here (you can change language on top right)

I am in Thailand if that matters. Mostly I'm confused about input. the old one have 110-240V and the 'new' one
90 VAC to 264 VAC, 120 VDC to 370 VDC
which i have no idea what it means.

Thank you.

Do you want me to explain the differences, of just tell you that new one should work?
The new one will work, by the way, provided that the pins are aligned the same.

Explaining the differences would be great if you could do it. And how exactly can I check if the pins are aligned the same? Thank you for taking time to answer.

from what I can tell, they are exactly identical. They both output 24V at 5 Amps, and the pinout is the same (if the label and datasheet are anything to go by)

As sciencegey pointed out, they are the same, so it's all good.

"90 VAC to 264 VAC" is the wall voltage it can handle as input. Seeing a range this wide is a very good thing, as most wall sockets are either 110VAC or 230VAC. Having a bit of extra range means it's expected to keep running when your wall voltage dips/spikes. This is achieved by having a slightly better bridge rectifier (you don't need to worry about what that means if you don't know). 90-264 covers full range, so it'll work in your power socket.

The part about "120 VDC to 370 VDC" is interesting, as that indicates that it can run from DC power. This would be from batteries and the like, but you won't likely ever see a 120V battery. You can actually ignore this part, it's something you CAN do, but probably never should.

The other thing to look at with input is that 50/60Hz. This is usually not too much of a concern, but good to check, just in case. New one is 47-63Hz, so you're perfectly fine there.

Long story short, the new one should work perfectly for you, and actually could be better built than the old one.
