I heard some had to buy an active dms-59 to active displayport to then HDMI because the adapter has to be Active?

I'm running a DMS-59 to dual DVI and I have some full pinned DVI to HDMI adapters that carry audio.

I am not familiar with the NVS Quadro 285 and I'm going to use it for a Media Center PC running XBMC Live on USB.

Have you guy's messed with XBMC Live? Does it automatically detect hardware video and audio for full video/ audio acceleration?

I'm running this on a Small Form Factor Dell Optiplex GX620 with a Intel 571 3.8Ghz Hyperthreaded chip, 2GB dual channel, Quadro NVS 285 for use with an HDMI TV for HDMI video with audio.

Thanks
