Killing floor came before cod zombies. If anything cod zombies is a killing floor knock off, not the other way around like you insinuated.

WaW Zombie mode is also about as close to KoF2 as CounterStrike Zombie Escape mods are to Left 4 Dead 2, or Minecraft is to Dragon Age. If you don't think so, I've got a boatload full of pedantic semantics to toss back at you and prove you wrong.

Are You kidding me? WaW has zombies built in, it's not a mod...

clerick what does that have to do with anything he said? rolleyes.gif I think you both need to read what he said again: "If it had this and this and this" and I just said WaW has all of that, built in, not some mod made after.

mtbiker033's lack of lexical specificity is not a free pass to deliberately subvert his meaning.

Now, as long as we're nitpicking, WaW specifically lacks mtbiker033's requirements of both "workshop support" and also "etc".

With all that out of the way, is there anything else you would like me to talk about?

Modemod. Please try again.

mtbiker033's lack of lexical specificity is not a free pass to deliberately subvert his meaning.

Now, as long as we're nitpicking, WaW specifically lacks mtbiker033's requirements of both "workshop support" and also "etc".

With all that out of the way, is there anything else you would like me to talk about?

You clearly have no clue.

You and him both said mod in the first place, not mode.

Workshop does not automatically mean Steam. How did maps etc get flooded before Steam workshop was opened up? They didn't? Or weren't you involved in the modding community at that time? Let me tell you how, each game that had the ability to mod had it's own workshop and steam had nothing to do with anything at that time.

Keep nitpicking on what HE said and have a nice day.

Oh and since you want to be smart, KF1 was a MOD before WaW, the standalone came after WaW which already had the official MODE.

Let me quote to you what he said just in case.
Quote:
if COD Zombies had dedicated servers, workshop support, sdk for map making, mods, etc. sure...

Please bold up the part he said anything about MODES. Please show me when did Workshop start being classified as only Steam. You can't. So You are just trying to confuse people with your pointless lies.

Workshop before Steam even thought about it

http://www.redfactionview.net/downloadselect.htm
http://www.levels4you.com/
http://www.cod5zombies.com/download.php?list.3 (Oh look, a full community workshop for WaW, who would of though that..)

And I can keep linking them.

**Sorry for OT, last post from me anyway. thumb.gif

Yeah cause Im at work and don't have enough time to find every source for new age gamers who clearly don't even know that gaming and modding existed before Steam. thumb.gif Or have no clue what people modded WaW like.

But You know, try to derail more and I'm sure someome will buy into your lies.

Game looks like pretty much everything I could have hoped for from a sequel to Killing Floor, it just looks like a bunch of fun. This is the sort of early access game I'm really happy to get behind, hope it releases soon biggrin.gif

Coming back to topic, I should really try this out, for what ever reason I can't get enough of Zombie games tho Dead Island and Dying Light were just bad imho. Zombie games should be like this trailer, just run and gun if You ask me biggrin.gif
