[LTT] iPhone 6s image leaks (Unofficial)

As rumoured, we now expect a new iPhone 6 iteration in the near future from Apple.
Oh boy I also predict the sun will rise tomorrow! Maybe I'll be right too. thumb.gif

This is almost like spam because who cares if a new iPhone is coming out we all know it will happen. But there might be some "interesting" things in this article.

The original article source isn't working so I'm going off the post on Linus tech tips.

Source: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/340131-iphone-6s-photo-leaks-usb-type-c-and-design-changes/

- THESE ARE RUMORS -

The home button will be colored differently based on the color of phone. applaud.gif

New charging port! applaud.gif most likely USB C

Better speaker quality! (Actually something I care about.)

As always a better processor, blah blah blah...

I'd be surprised if they actually change the port to USB-C. Apple likes to keep things proprietary on their phones/tablets. It could easily be a lightning port in that grainy picture.

Could also be USBC but software based lockouts. Ya' know then they could sell more $90 adapters and tout iphones as not AS BADLY locked down.

Because now, someone who wants to use a cable from 3 years ago has to buy an adapter for another adapter to fit new adapter.

I wonder what Apple has under the hood this time.

The A7 and A8 are still very strong SOCs. They'll probably just re-use the Cyclone cores again, bump up clockspeeds, and add some more GPU/cache... But I would love to see a monstrous new core biggrin.gif

The Iphone 6 is really nice. Much more than the 5s that was just a boring refresh with better hardware and fingerprint button.

The Iphone 4 is considered the best Iphone ever made (historically). Still have a couple of friends using it. I wouldn't be surprised if it was the best ever sold Iphone.

thing is the iphone 4 is crazy slow and is just tad small imo

the new OS really do show its age with the 4

but with the iphone 5 imo best design so far, was build cheaply the corners would get chipped so easily it was unreal,

with the 5s they addressed this, plus added better hardware camera etc and the finger print button which to me makes it the best phone
