The product was described on Ebay (Dreamseller) as having a 1-year warranty. 2 months after filing a warranty claim, I've only received the following recommendation:
모니터 뒷면 버튼을 사용하여 메뉴 팝업을 띄우고 선이 보이는 것으로 이동을 해보아 주세요
I've been given absolutely nothing else. No contacts, no plan, no ETA of future response. Dreamseller lied about how the girl that was working on the case was on vacation for 3 weeks or so, and then when she "came back", there still was no update.
I filed a claim with Paypal saying that the product was not as described as it has no warranty, and they ruled in favor of the seller. Ebay doesn't allow any complaints after this amount of time, and I can't revise my feedback. I emailed Crossover at their e-mail on their website and they never responded.
I fully understood the risks of buying from South Korea. I wanted a 40-inch 4K PWM monitor and this was the only one at the time. I don't recommend ever buying a Crossover monitor, and I also don't recommend buying from Dreamseller.
Does anyone have any recommendation on how to get the monitor repaired?
