Can someone check for stretching? The Philips stretches content (source). I'm interested in this but I don't want a display which stretches content. I'd also like to know how well the overdrive (OD in the menu) works, and if it is the same as the Philips which is useless when not set to Off (oscilloscope measurements) since the higher settings introduce really obvious overshoot ghosting. Test UFO Ghosting Test. The top result is closer to ideal while the bottom shows overshoot and the middle shows PWM blur which the Philips and most 4k TVs suffer from:

thanks for this, i just tested my 114hz oc on my 1440p, and no ghosting at all, and valid. sorry irrelevant to topic, i just didnt know that website existed. ^^ nice to know im not ghosting any

If you want to be safe, why don't you just get the Pihilips 4K monitor. It really is pretty nice in quality all round.

Thanks for the info. I dont want to get a monitor/TV that uses PWM though

Ok I'm new to the Korean monitor scene. I bought one of these and have liked it well enough to want a second. Seems as if there is no supply out there. What is the deal with these? Do they typically just batch these out and when they are gone they are gone? I saw a couple of used one for twice what I paid would be glad to sell mine and move on. Is this the usuall MO on these brands?

Someone said that a dealer says Crossover has a panel supply issue and wont be producing these anymore.

I may be selling my 44k. It's perfect it's just I don't know how much I want to spend on video cards to get Witcher 3 and other heavy hitting games at 60 FPS @ 4K. I might go to a 32" 1440p and use upscaling where available.

I don't think we can discuss buying/selling on this thread so please contact me directly thumb.gif

Also, besides the stand, this is the best / most gorgeous display I've seen in a LONG time so I can see why they are going for so much $$$. I do hardware reviews and this is 10th monitor I've reviewed this year. It's amazing that there are SOO many crappy and overpriced monitors on the market.

I guess if you like a super bright monitor. The grainy glossy coating is also a bit off putting.
