Anyone know the thickness of the thernalnoads used on the evga acx 2.0+ for ram and vrm ?
Will be cooling with heatkiller core diy 40 and will be ordering some high temp thermal pads abd wants to get thickness right .
Might as well replace all of the cheap stock pads and do the thing proud

MSI GTX960 2048Mb 100ME(pcix 8pin). I raised the TDP bios to 180 watts. GPU-Z "power Consumption" 24-108% TDP. I need to change the BIOS 225Wt TDP?

Can I join? I used to fold with an EVGA GTX 960 FTW @ 1556 on the core. It was great card and sent it to a person on my TC team.

I did buy another one but I didn't test it yet. Both cards are 2GB.

I tried to increase voltage of vddc to 1.275v, disable boost, easy to get 1601/2032 MHz, but performance was not good, even lower than 1440/2020 (default vbios and voltage).redface.gif

Hey, did you make any progress modding the card?
I'm trying to do something similar, I want to flash the STRIX bios to the Turbo.

Sup folks. I know this is OCN but since maxwell does great things with little power, I'd like to challenge this thread to undervolt their cards as much as possible while maintaining the same, or better, performance as factory clocked cards. Running heaven and valley, 5 runs both on extreme preset, classifies as game stable. typer.gif
