Sure does seem that way. I have no interest in a 1440 setup so this is pointless, as pretty much anyone with a 960 would feel.

Dived into some overclocking today and so far came up with (stock volts):
1505 MHz / 8002MHz (tried 1550 but it failed on OCCT)

I'm pretty satisfied, played Far Cry 3 for a bit (~30 minutes, avg FPS = 72, maxed, 1080p ) with no problems.
Ran Kombustors VRAM load/burner stuff for 15 and OCCT's GPU burner with error checking for 25 (Felt that it was enough, reminded me too much of FurMark to leave it open for more). Both came up good.

Ran Heaven :

Temps were :
OCCT 25 (Level 6 shaders) = 65c
Far Cry 3 and Heaven = 54c
Kombustor VRAM = 53c
Ambient = 24c

Will do some more games, testing and stuff to solidify the clocks. So far so good.

Anyone have any intensive game suggestions ?

Update : GPU crashed with artifacts seconds in the Metro:LL benchmark. Upped voltage +30mV and it passed 5 runs fine. Going to fine tune the card now.

do u guys reccomend me to buy a 4G 960, or R9 380 ..??
Welp, tried +135 on the core and it crashed in OCCT.
These are my current settings :

It boosts up to 1518 on the core and 8002 Mhz on the memory.

Ran OCCT GPU with error checking for 30 minutes, came up fine.
Ran Metro's benchmark for 15 runs, came up fine.

Going to run Heaven after I come back from school, and more games. Hope it stays stable.
Temps are as in the above post.

The 4GB version in that review is clocked lower and you don't see the benefit of having 4GB just by looking at the average framerate. doh.gif

The AVG frames will remain more or less the same, but the game will have fewer (or no) weird dips (read: stuttering) when it gets memory heavy. MIN frames may increase. That's my view of it.

Count me in. What an awesome card... 48c under load, AFTER overclocking! (obviously not furmark but still!)

Side note, did anyone sell their Heroes of the Storm code?
