No problem. I'm assuming you're using Afterburner, right?

Think I got it. I just jumped both 200+, power limit to 108% and 60% fan speed. Ran furmark, didn't see any artifacts.

I think I seen the core some where around 1500 and mem around 1900.

I need to play with my mem clock a little more but I have yet to even run a benchmark. I have Vantage, but It cant complete a run without losing full screen. Log has no real answer either, gonna have to go the support forum when I have time. I downloaded Unigine last week but just never got around to it. I'm curious to see the numbers though. Think I'll work on that tomorrow, gotta get my FAHClient squared away in Ubuntu.

Has anyone figured out how to edit the bios for the 960 yet? My card does weird stuff if I try. Oc'ing with AB alone works tho.

Nevermind I figured it out.

.
Stock clock got 6060 and when i oc to 1300c 1850m the score was 6399, i thought it was going to go up at least 6700s

I had some help from Cyclops and Laithan

GM206Mod.zip 150k .zip file

Messing around with the voltage in the bios made the OC unstable, so I left it alone.

i never edited a bios before I have no idea I looked at bios editing thread never understood it.

evga gtx 960 ftw acx 2.0 2gb. just copy the settings to your bios, don't flash this directly to your card. See post #15 for screenshots. Have fun....should work.

Thank you, bud.

Thank you.

fssss........the same thing happened to me. I had to ask for help and ended up not modding the voltage. Laithan helped me after. It's not Cyclops' fault, the cards don't like the volts touched. Just copy the settings from, common, power, boost table, boost states. Leave voltage table and clock states stock. brb, gotta get kids from school. Try and do it yourself, if you can't post the original bios for the msi 960, and i'll do it......

please make sure its the original bios......I can pull 1577Mhz on stock 1.2430V, just not stable in Fire Strike, 1544Mhz core and 8002Mhz vram are.

@ HITTI ,
try this:
Set core voltage to +100mV, Power limit to 133%, core clock to +89Mhz. If you do, the card will boost to 1405.0mhz during benchmarks and in-game, if I did my calculating properly. and try to get as close to 8gb on mem as you can.

MSI960Mod.zip 136k .zip file

If that one doesn't work, this one should...

MSI960Mod2.zip 136k .zip file

These are compatible with the 6-pin version of the MSI 960 2GD5.
