Hello everyone,
I recently got a "new" pc (it used to be a mining rig), and I decided to install skyrim once again to see how cool it was with a better pc (I originally played it on a laptop)
But this happen:

It's like the vectors are going crazy when I look some things haha
I have the latest drivers, and I had played far cry 4, rome 2 and payday 2 without problems.

This is system:
Motherboard Gigabyte Ultra Durable 990FXA-UD5
CPU AMD FX 8350 4ghz
PSU Sentey SDP850-SS 850w
GPU Crossfire HD7870 2GB
RAM Kingston 8GB (4GBx2) 1333mhz
HDD Toshiba 500GB

I tried selecting in CCC the option of AFR Friendly (no idea what it does) in the Crossfire section, it helped a bit, but not much.
Is it the crossfire causing the problem?
Thanks in advance.

That's graphical artifact. usually when that happens there is either a bug in your installed graphics driver you have installed, instability in the game, CPU or Graphics card itself.

I've had similar issues in BF3 back in 2013, after a couple months nvidia released a stable driver that fixed the issue, since then I havent had an issue with it anymore.

Since you've said that your rig that is having issues used to be a mining rig, the graphics card might of gone bad. So I would suggest that you reset any CPU or GPU overclocks you currently have and test the game again.

If the program still exist, I would try a different graphics card in the current system to verify if or not the graphics card might be bad or not.

If you do not have an extra backup graphics card, I would suggest you run a GPU stress test such as 3dmark or unigine valley, or anything else of your choice to push the card to its limits and check if you'll get any errors then.

I hope this gives you an idea, good luck

Thanks for the feedback.
What you are telling me are not very good news, and I would be worry if it happen with more than one game, the thing is I played like 10 different games so far and it only happened with skyrim.
I'm gonna try what you said about running a GPU stress test.
I just install BF3 so I'm gonna see if it happens as well.

How did you install Skyrim? Steam?

Try verifying your install, or just deleting it/re-installing it if you can afford to do that.

EDIT: Also, try temporarily turning crossfire off.
I'd do this permanently. Skyrim sees no benefit from xfire/SLI. In most cases it actually hurts performance.

Basically it could be caused by one of two things:
GPU problem
Game problem

If it's a GPU problem, it can be a bit tricky to track down. Try reinstalling the GPU drivers, or running some sort of GPU stress test (like 3D mark); that should track down the problem fairly quickly. If the problem ONLY occurs in Skyrim, it's almost certainly a problem with the game. I actually had a problem that looked exactly like your 4th picture (random triangles and colors) with my Skyrim install, and it was actually due to a corrupt mod (iirc static mesh improvement mod conflicting with something else). If you're running vanilla, you might want to do a complete re-install of the game (uninstall, delete the folder). If you're using mods, trying uninstalling a few; especially any that replace meshes.

If you are using mods, you can track down the source of the problem fairly easily; the triangles come from the broken mesh. Based on your pictures, i'd guess it's a weapon and/or armor mod of some sort. If you're not using mods, just do the above tips.

Thanks everyone for their help and feedback, I try disabling the crossfire but it didn't work either, so I uninstalled and play other games haha
I didn't give it much effort to fix it because I already played it a lot when it first came out, I just didn't finish the dragonborn dlc but it doesn't keep me awake at night.
Hopefully it wont happen when fallout 4 comes out.
