Can't figure out which Megahalem cooler this is...

Thread Starter
I know it's a Prolimatech Megahalem, not sure if it's REV B or REV C, it was purchased in 2010 for 1366 socket. I managed to dig up a photo of the box from an old thread, that's all I have.
I'm guessing it's not REV B since the box on Amazon is different than pic below, so maybe it was the first version?

Rev B http://www.prolimatech.com/en/products/detail.asp?id=2148&subid=2211#showtab

Rev C http://www.prolimatech.com/en/products/detail.asp?id=2149&page=1

Refer to specifications and photos.

The box you have in the picture seems like Rev C SuperMega box

At the same time the Rev C appears to have 2 sets of fan clips and additional mounting hardware for AMD

The only difference between Rev B. and Rev C. is that the AMD hold down hardware is included in the Rev C.

The Megahalems Rev. C continues with the trusty dual heatsink design from previous versions but now has the added AMD hold down components for AMD system builders.

The 2009 review from pcper seems to be the Rev B style box

The box for Mega Shadow is different , no?

It is more likely than Rev C though , seeing how the Mega Shadow is discontinued.

the lightning is a bit distracting. it's definately the Mega Shadow imo thumb.gif look at the details on the box and the grey cardboard around the box. it's also a dark nickle plated cooler, so biggrin.gifthumb.gif
