Only the rad, very disappppointed from EK, either it was damaged while shipping or from factory, which i can not tell.

The leak was from somewhere in the body of the rad. The in/out us tight, no drops, fill/drain also tight, no drops, but suddenly the lower body of the rad was full ( rad placed on bottom of the D900).

Even checked the fan's screws, no damage.

Mad, i have to order another one, but no guarantee it is gona be (not damaged), and do nit want to drop back since already reached this point.

You can try eBay for pretty inexpensive ones. That's what I did cause the blue was perfect. Otherwise I recommend Ensourced. Their cables are amazing.

Thanks kaistledine, for helping out, things are sorted out.

Also thanks for jdstock76, for following up.

I ordered Bitfenix extensions Bundle from https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=BU-005-BX&emcs0=2&emcs1=Produktdetailseite&emcs2=CM-023-BX&emcs3=BU-005-BX

So last thing i posted/Updated here, installing the blocks. and then afterwards i posted THE LEAK doh.gif

And later i found the problem and learned the hard way teaching.gif and hope, any future NOOB/Beginner like me will not do it.

I will Explain the problem then i will post another on the progress.

THE MISUNDERSTANDING: (by the way RAD was not damaged, and no disappointment with EK Parts nor with shipment, all are awesome)

The EK Rad has two (In and out) as per the below image:

and Two (Drain/Fill) as per the below image (all on the same side of the RAD)

I connected the Inlet and Outlet as per my loop.

bulb.gif then i connected one XSPC G1/4″ Plug Sensor ( the guy in the image below) in one of the (Drain/Fill) of the Rad.

Connected the other end of the sensor to the display to read water temps in the RAD, then:

- finish loop installation
-Put tissues under components (leak inspection)
- fill the Res mayhems pastel green
- turn pump on .

thumbsupsmiley.png every thing went smooth

Filled the Res again.
Turned the pump again ............ Awesome ... the loop worked fine..... check the tissues .................... every thing is great not a single drop.

Let the loop for 5 minutes ....................... not a single drop
.
.
.
.
After 15 minutes nothing changed ............ No Drops ..................... the loop is perfectly fine
..
.
.
.
After 20 minutes ......................... i noticed some GREEEEENNNN on the floor .... dripping from the TABLE........................ crazy jump sonic.gif into the area ..............to see the RAD body fins sinking Snorkle.gif in GREEN PASTEL, even the plugged sensor is not dripping.

NOTING THAT NON OF THE FITTINGS/CONNECTIONS/SENSOR/PLUGS ON ANY COMPONENT IS DRIPPING, NOT A SINGLE ONE, ALL TIGHT CHECKED, AND NOTHING AT ALL.

TROUBLE SHOOTING RAD:

- I drained the loop, (Old school way), Plugged a fitting and pipe on the of the top of the RES put the whole case upside down.
- Took the fans, dismantle RAD.
- Visual inspection of the rad (no puncture)
- Clean the rad again, let it dry.
- Fill it with water, inspect for leak visually. (No leak)
- Drain it partially, Closing outlet, blowing air in INLET to generate pressure, NO LEAK.
- Connect In to manual pump to a 20 L tanker, Pumping the whole 20 L, through the RAD ... No Leak.

thinking.gif ...... thinking.gif ....... thinking.gif ...... thinking.gif ...... thinking.gif

Connect the RAD with the same configuration again ................... also leak .....................

While every thing is connected, i removed the Sensor and replace it with the closing PLUG, that came originally with the RAD in the picture above in a stunt ninja move ph34r-smiley.gif ha ha ha ha ha ha ahahahhahahahaha biggrin.gif.....biggrin.gif

And the surprise was: THE LEAK STOPPED:

DO NOT CONNECT ANY THING TO THE FILL/DRAIN PLUGS EVEN IF IT IS TIGHT. THE CONNECTION WILL NOT DRIP BUT THE RAD WILL SINK. (I will post a photo later)

PHOTO OF LEAK IN THE RAD's BODY (RAD LAID ON ITS SIDE, BOTTOM OF CASE) - Dark photo but hope it shows

See the Green Pastel is Under the Fins inside the RAD's Frame

Now i tried to come up with an explanation thinking.gif for that, but could not. May be an expert in here can help.

And I am not sure if the Drain setup will work on those two plugs, as what i have seen from most builds on the Web, if they set up the drain on the RAD they set it up on the Outlet or Inlet, either by using a T or Q or Y fitting with a drain adapter.

PROGRESS POST UPCOMING, and sorry for the long post, but hope it will help somebody one day.

Some Photos of the disaster
