I'm also a proud owner of a UHD430. Arrived sometime last week, and I've yet to find any problems with it.

Asked the ebay seller for some info il paste them here for help

New message from: accessorieswhole Top Rated Seller(24,776YellowShooting Star)
Hello,

If there are more than defective pixels than the number of defective pixels within the pixel warranty standard, we pay the shipping cost for return during the first 30 days return period upon the purchase.

And regarding backlight bleed, due to the panel characteristics, it may have bit of uneven color or backlight bleeding on the screen, but it is not considered as defects.
As you might know, even Apple Cinema Display do not guarantee and responsible for backlight bleed and they also do not take return for that reason.
For same reasons, we also do not guarantee its backlight bleed as return matter.
However, we do not send a monitor with serious light bleeding through inspection. And buyers rarely notice light bleeding issues from monitors.

Our warranty is one year.
If the monitor has quality issue, we cover return cost within the first 3 months upon the purchase of the monitor.
After 3 months, the buyer pays a round-trip shipping cost for a free repair service.
Within the warranty period, we support PCB board or power supply free of charge .
However, our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation of the buyer or the user.

If you have any queries, please feel free to contact us.
Thank you.

So with the message i got on ebay own message system.. I do think their warantly would work nicely.. biggrin.gif

I will order soon after i get my tv stand.

Just need a subwoofer with my Fluance Sx6 now biggrin.gif

@bonami2

I know 43" is an LG AH-IPS panel, 40" is a Samsung PVA panel and I have no idea what the 42" is (I think the 42 was discontinued). If any of that matters to you.

The 49" is also an LG AH-IPS panel.

The uhd420 and uhd550 are both AH-IPS. With stock settings the blacks do look a little washed out but I ended up getting them much better looking by setting the gamma to 2.4 instead of 2.2. I might not have it perfectly calibrated but the colors, brightness etc is pretty appealing to my eyes.

All listings for the UHD430 were removed. Anyone know why?
It looks to be out of stock, perhaps limited supply of non-A grade panels. There are two listings on eBay and only one has any stock and they list only 2 available. This will always be a problem with these Korean 2nd tier monitors. Since they are not the primary customers of the panels they are more likely to be subject to supply and demand than people like LG, Samsung, etc who either make the panels or supply them to big manufacturers buying A grade and higher panels.

There are quite a few listings for the UHD400, but it is a Samsung PVA panel not the same panel as the 43 which was LG.
