Does anyone know if Benq will release a monitor with exact same specs as the Acer XB270HU? 1440p,Ips,Gsync,144hz.. Had a swift but it died after a few months, and I dont wanna go for the XB270HU because of all the QA issues.

If they do they'll likely use a AU Optrinocs panel seeing as they are their parent company. The Acer also uses an AU panel FYI. So they are likely either developing another panel now or would just end up releasing another monitor with the same exact panel. The other two main panel manufacturers are LG and Samsung, so it might be interesting to see what they both respond with too.
