Cutting cables from a double-wired extension

First of all, sorry for my bad English, I'm sleeving the cables from my PSU, and I'm having problems with double wired cables, I have a PCI Cable that ends with three molex connectors Warning: Something like the cable in this photo, but with three molex (Click to show)
I just need one molex connector, so my idea is to cut the other molex connectors and just keep one of them, I don't know if there would be any problem.

I don't know if I have explained myself very well, if I can late I would upload some pictures.

Thanks and sorry for my bad English.

If you wanted to make that into a PCI to 1x 4pin Molex then you just disconnect the cables you do not need and keep the ones you do need. It depends on how your connector that you have is done. We would need a pic of it to tell you exactly how to do it. But really you simply keep the pin out the same and remove the cables that you will not be using.

Also make sure that whatever you are plugging that 4pin Molex into only uses the 12v and 2x grounds for power.

It will not change the cable at all except for take away one of the 4pin Molex connectors.

If that isnt clean enough I could make a pic or two to explain.

Ok, here is one photo of what I have at this moment. Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
Can I cut the cables from the first connector to the other ones and just keep one molex conector? Could there be some problem?
Another question, can I do the same with the other extensions (PCI to Sata Power, cables for the GPU, etc)?

Thanks for helping
