Yeah, I used DDU in safe mode, then clean install through driver installer. 2 hours after install still ok.

I have the exact same problem with a GTX 780 Lightning on Windows 8.1 64bits.

I haven't crash once with the drivers 350.12, I have installed the new driver and ... my PC freeze for 10s and the driver is restored, after that I need to reboot because the GPU is stuck to 575mhz in load.

The drivers has crashed five times in 1 hour while I was on eBay or forums and nothing else, LoL.

I have uninstalled the drivers with DDU in safe mode and reinstalled them, the same bug happens.

I will reinstall 350.12 in few minutes ...

Hope that the bug will be fixed.

Here's the errors of 2 crash:

Just use the beta. AMD's betas are more stable than NV's WHQL drivers anyway.

that's hell of a claim there. do you have any proof to back that up, like statistics of instability or some such?

Going to nvidia after a few years of amd, Ive had more crashes/lock ups in the last few months than the years on amd :/ Im currently on an old driver but then again does it matter with a Kepler card.
why are you so certain it's driver problem and not hardware? i'm on kepler and don't remember having any driver related crashes since the day i was experience with gpu overclocking 2 years ago.

If you're asking me, it's because I haven't crashed a single time on desktop without doing anything. Yesterday I crashed multiple times after updating the driver. Now that I rolled it back to an older driver, I don't crash anymore. Isn't that proof enough that it's a bad driver?

Is anyone else missing the RGB limited/full option in the control panel? They added it a few drivers back and apparently with this driver it vanished again and now my HDMI displays are stuck with the limited option and I have to dig up the old hacks. mad.gif

edit: Apparently they moved the option under 'Change resolution'. rolleyes.gif

If I'm not running an SLI setup or that One click nonsense, do I even need this driver for TW3 ?
