The A3050 is an older sensor which has prediction and is notorious for tracking issues. The a3090 contains zero problems whatsoever and is heaps and bounds better and more powerful hence its higher price. If you've followed this forum you would agree with no hesitation. The a3090 is statwise superior to the a3050 (except maybe the high life of distance due to the powerful nature of the sensor)

Guide: https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=56240.0

The a3050 is featured in many $10-20 no-name china mouse nowadays. Anyway, savu is clearly better than the Lua in terms of buttons etc.

I still see no evidence proving the 3090 is "heaps and bounds" better. Agree with whom, anyways? At least post a reference thread then.

I say g502, i use a claw grip, trying to train myself not to, both work fine but reaching the sniper button i never use is hard with claw.

As for the weight, i use a steel series QcK and it just glides across, you don't feel any weight and no scuffing the rubber feet.

I think they added weights to a mouse that's so much heavier when you pick it up is because when it's down on the pad, moving around, it feels totally weightless.

IT's not commonly discussed as the answer to that question doesn't require much logic.

I never had 3366 or 3310 mice with light weight, but I do prefer the feel of the FK over the Rival in CSGO (0.85 at the 470 setting of the FK, 0.9 at 450 with the Rival). Could be due to shape and weight though, since I use a really low sensitivity and I could benefit from having that low of a sensitivity with a lighter mouse.

To be fair though, I didn't have much trouble with any mice I've had before, it's not like the FK is miles better in performance than the 3310/3366 mice, it's just a preference, I'm sure I would be down with a G400, G502, etc. again if I had a higher sensitivity. If the 3090 was that much better, I would be ranking down from Global to DMG if other mice were that crippling to people.

Most of the complaints people have with sensors aren't even worth mentioning but you've failed to provide ANY argument other than your own opinion.

It's one of the lightest mice you can get, very strong plastic, and performs more than adequate for FPS low-sensitivity, all at $20. You clearly haven't used it since you're bashing just the sensor when I'm talking about the mouse as a whole. It's sensor "shortcomings" you speak of are highly negated by its overall design.

Savu comes with a gazillion more features for a bit more even with the same sensor. Nothing against the LUA.

I'm not sure about you but I looked at the shop that OP was buying his mouse from and the Savu was heavily marked down compared to the Lua

The Savu is really good. I had a RAT 7 before and i find the Savu better.

The software is very good and complete.
I find the mice very accurate.
Left and right clic are ok.
Wheel is good exept the wheel click wich is too stiff and use only one microswitch on the right side (and not one in the right side + one in the left side wich is better because it don't tilt when clicking).
Ergonomics is good, all buttons are accessible.
Easy-shift function is useful.

So for me everything very good exept the wheel clic but that's okay for the price.

Looking into a Savu myself: Is the deep thumb groove an issue?

Edit: And how does it stack up to the KPM?
