Hi overclock comunity!
My name is Dimitar. I'm almost new in modding ( last project was years ago).

Hardware involved:
- Phanteks Enthoo Primo
- Corsair HX 750W
- i7 4790k
- ASUS Z97 PRO-WIFI AC
- EVGA GTX970FTW ACX2.0
- Corsair Vengeance LP 8gb DDR3 1600 2x4gb
- Corsair force gt 60gb

Water Cooling Parts:
- EK-SUPREMACY EVO Blue Edition
- XSPC RX360 V3
- Alphacool Monsta240
- E22 tubing
- EK-FC970 GTX ACX-Acetal+Nickel
- EK-D5 X-RES TOP140 CSQ-Acetal

I hope you will like the project and the work I'm doing! Ok,lets start modding

First the tools. Variety of hand and power tools

The phanteks case which I purchased few months ago.
Totally stripped

I decide to replace most of the rivets with m4 screws

Drive bay cage

This time I'm dealing with perspex acrylic.

This button head screws are just temporary, before I tap the holes for countersink screws.

Here is the reservoir bracket almost done.I have something in mind to cut in the acrylic I'm not planing any laser cutting, everything will be done by hand.

Cutting the acrylic plate

Usual tools for my mod smile.gif

And what I'm going to cut

Yes,EK logo biggrin.gif

One peace down

One blade also down

Job done:)

But then, when I was filing and polishing disaster happened:mad:

Back from point A

This time I was more careful

This attempt was more successful smile.gif

Still need to tap the holes for the screws.

This time I'm cutting aluminium. I will replace the phanteks plate with my own. Here we go smile.gif

Some filing

Final cuts

And on the case. Still need to be painted but painting will come later

It is time for painting smile.gif

Firs task is to clean the rads

Spray paint and primers

Main colour, of-course Blue biggrin.gif

But fluorescent blue.Glows really nice under UV light.

Few coats of white primer

Rads painted smile.gif

I have to say, that this blue colour is really nice smile.gif Still many parts need sanding and painting. Here is some progress on that direction

Making of silver kill coil smile.gif

.999 pure silver biggrin.gif

And one more closer smile.gif

Let's start

Firs the tools, usual ones for my project

The silver is very hard after the rolling mill,so need to become softer. For that reason one more tool is added

Cutting

Filing

Even more filing

Scraping

One side ready, marking the other one

Cutting

More scrubbing

Time for sanding.I will start with 600 up to 2500.Reason for that is,silver is very hard to polish.Especially the pure silver is almost mission impossible , always goes back to his original colour.

Sanding with 2500 sandpaper by hand

Polishing

Success biggrin.gif

And the final product smile.gif

Fans painted ,so here's the photos

And mounted on the rads

Some goodies smile.gif Beautiful fittings from NANOXIA,and Darkside UV led strips.

The case start getting shape. I manage to install the rads, the pump plate and some of the led strips. Hope you like it smile.gif

Bigger update will be soon wink.gif Stay tuned smile.gif
